A Signature Lines Can Save Time
There are times we we need to say the same thing or give the same information over and over. Adding signatures to your emails, as you need them, saves time and gives good accurate information
We are not talking about this kind of signature but email signatures that save you time once they are set up.
Here are a few examples:
...when I want to send directions for searching all listed properties in our MLS system. I just click "All Listings" in my signature option and this is what prints:

How many different signature lines are you using. You could make one for each of your listings and when an inquiry comes in you just hit that listing. Don't have to send them to the MLS, or your web page or your blog. Instant information and quick. You can do personal things like a standard Happy Birthday Message.
