"Why don't you provide LTV?" many people ask.
The question should be "Why are some lead providers claiming they can provide accurate LTV?" The answer is they can't. They can double-talk, they can babble, but they can't provide accurate LTV. Our philosophy is that if it isn't accurate, we won't offer it. We feel that's a much better option than, well, bull droppings. Besides, ROI is the the bottom line when it comes to leads...not fluff.
Huge declines in home values recently, lead providers relying upon homeowners to provide value or popping off to cyberhomes.com...in the words of Alistair Sim:
No false claims, no false promises from us. Sure...we could take 5 minutes to use a nice letter template, and merge excel sheets into labels, but we'd rather tell YOU how to do that and not charge you an extra $10.00-$15.00 per lead for it.

We also make sure you get no refinances, foreclosures, trust auctioned etc. All records are searched against related documents to ensure it.
We don't do what some lead providers do, and risk your returning the up to 60% of records that are bogus (because they can't check for related documents in any consistent manner, and they are out of their depth when it comes to non-online areas or areas that have high subscription fees for online information) , hoping that you'll be blinded by the one or two deals you get per batch and maybe ignore the rest.
Instead, we do our best to ensure that you receive no leads that are dead before you pitch them, and on the rare occasion you do get one, we'll replace it no questions asked, even if it's because of courthouse recording delay!
What's that worth to you, when that percentage alone will more than make up for any pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey AVM that even the more honest competitors say is...a guesstimate? The priciest leads should have a little more value to them, but they don't. Fluff doesn't give better ROI. Bottom line, what counts is ROI...and we are betting you will not find better ROI on leads than what we provide.
Last, but not least, is the fact that we are not in the business of refinancing. Too much conflict of interest. We don't need to be experts on mortgages at all; we're experts at providing quality mortgage leads, and not being in YOUR business prevents the possibility of cherry-picking and passing off what we or our friends in the business can't sell or don't want.
