Liz and Bill, land not only is it scares it is hard to build on. Not flat rather steep upslopes or steep downslopes. and generally under 10,000 sq ft

Endre, And then we read Andy Mooers post about 155 acres of Maine land for $129,900!!!  If that isn't proof that all real estate is local, nothing is :)

And yet...this could be really great deal for someone too!  It's all just perspective....you won't get 10 feet of snow like Andy will!

Will, In the MLS listings generally I have Architectural Renderings. I am a firm believer that an Architect does a better job with layout and flow of a home vs. just a contractor's box:))
