The weekly publication, BOSTON HOMES--A Well Connceived and Handy Resource for Buyer, Renter and Realtor

The weekly publication, BOSTON HOMES, has been in existence for a considerable length of time. I rerecently had the opportunity to review its approximately 50 pages of contents, when my wife, Joanne, who r4recently secured her Real Estate Salesperson's License purchase a copy to give her information about Open Houses in Boston last Sunday. She is attending as many Open Houses as she can to get a better grasp of what might be available to potential customers.

The publication is well-written and well-organized. It separates Boston's many neighborhoods into separate bailiwicks and then provides listings and local information for each neighborhood. A prospective purchase or renter can glean sufficient information about what is available in the neighborhood she, he or they have selected to get them started on the house or apartment hunting process. Many Realtors advertise in BOSTON HOMES, so it provides them an opportunity to tell interested and focused people what the Realtor has to show. In general, I commend the quality and approach of BOSTON HOMES, so much so that I am considering working out some arrangement to post informative blogs therein.

I commend all of those prospective renters or buyers to use BOSTON HOMES as a resource. Even at a time when most of our initial work is driven by the Internet, BOSTON HOMES is the type of publication which successfully gets information into the hands of buyer or renters in a concise and user-friendly manner.
