It’s time once again for Randolph Schools largest annual special event fundraiser,  The HOLIDAY SHOPPING MARKETPLACE.
The 26th Annual Under the Christmas Tree Market will be held November 5-7, 2010 at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville.

Under the Christmas Tree is always favorite and attracts over 10,000 guests during their three day event, contributing more than $100,000 to Randolph’s Financial Aid program.

With over 70 merchants participating, there is sure to be the perfect gift for that special someone on your list!

From cooking demonstrations, to cook-offs by celebrity chefs, there are events all weekend for the entire family.  One of the most popular events at Under the Christmas Tree  is the gingerbread decorating parties for children, where the children decorate a gingerbread house they can cherish for years to come!

Children can also design their own holiday sugar cookies this year.

There will be musical performances throughout the event by the very talented Randolph students.

Of course, there will be photo’s with Santa all during the event!

Elizabeth, WOW 10,000 people is quite good for a 3 day event.  I was following you around making comments so decided I should come straight to your blog (lol).

I can almost smell the pine needles from the Christmas tree in your post! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

Hi Elizabeth, This is terrific, I had never actually heard of an event quite like this. I went to the links your provided and checked it out and what a great idea. I'll bet you will get some great photos and we can all see the culinary genenius at work.
