Dear Realtors, Your Help is Needed

Services for Real Estate Pros with Adriff best real estate flyers with unlimited pictures

Dear agents,

A lot of you are probably using some kind of flyers for posting your properties on online classifieds.

I have a quick question: which keywords do you type in Google when searching for online flyer creation websites?

Those of you who are not using any flyers for posting your properties on online classifieds, which keywords would you use to look for a flyer when you need one?

Is it “beautiful real estate flyers”, “flyers for posting online”, “real estate flyers” or something else?

I am trying to create a Google adwords campaign for my company Adriff.com and would appreciate your help with choosing the right keywords.

Adriff is different from other companies, because you can create flyers by simply emailing all the info and unlimited pictures and you’ll get seven flyers within minutes delivered to your mailbox.

are you a company that forwards these flyers to other Realtor emails?

Personally, I don't like receiving them.  They are always flyers from out of my area.

I block them.

Good luck with your company.

I recommend tour factory instead of flyers.

Angelia, thank you for your comment.

We do not forward flyers to other Realtor emails.

With Adriff you can create flyers for your own properties which you can post afterwards on such online classifieds as Craigslist, Backpage etc.

Larry, thank you for your recommendation. Virtual tours are great, however you might still want to post a flyer first to grab attention and then definitely include a link to your virtual tour to give people a better idea of how the property looks.

Oksana, take a look at this List of Keyword Tools from Search Engine Land

Some of the tools are free, some are "free trial", some cost money.

Some of the tools are easy, some require technical knowledge, and some are for major geeks.

Oksana ~ Did a little research for you. I checked the keyword tools, and "beautiful real estate flyers" doesn't received enough searches to be ranked...neither does "flyers for posting online".

However, "real estate flyers" gets great traffic and has rather low competition, same as "real estate flyer"

"real estate email flyers" had okay traffic, but 5x the competition as "real estate flyers". "free real estate flyers" is another high-competition keyword phrase.

So, I think you'd be safe with a simple "real estate flyers". Udachi!

I'm with Chris. I think "real estate flyers" is what I'd be searching for.

Fred, thanks a lot for a very useful source with a list of keyword tools. I am going to do a thorough research based on it.

Chris, "spasibo" for doing a research for me :) I really appreciate it.

Harry, thank you for the comment. I think I'll be targeting "real estate flyers" as my main keyword.
