Mission Valley Condos in San Diego
Park Villas North

Condominium prices in Mission Valley have been steadily increasing since February 2009, so if you enjoy the hassle-free condominium lifestyle, it's time to get into a Mission Valley condo. You can enjoy everything that beautiful San Diego has to offer right from the central location of your condominium in Park Villas North!

http://www.missionvalleycondos.infoPark Villas North was built from 1971 to 1975, with another section built in 1981. It is a gated community of 296 units in the central section of Mission Valley. Bedroom/bathroom floor plans include 0/1, 1/1, and 2/2, and range in size from 506 to 1,056 square feet. The 0/1 studios make great overnight homes for pilots, flight attendants, and other people, such as consultants, who have to travel a lot or have regular layovers in San Diego.

Amenities at Park Villas North include swimming pool, spa, outdoor grills and picnic areas, clubhouse, and great landscaping with fountains. This is a wonderful place to live, and since these make excellent starter homes, there is usually quite a lot of real estate action in Park Villas North.

HOA fees range from about $180 to $295 per month and include common area maintenance, exterior building and roof maintenance, landscaping, water (including hot water), sewer, trash pickup, and limited insurance. Some units claim that cable/TV service is included in the HOA fees.

http://www.missionvalleycondos.infoPark Villas North is easily accessible to Qualcomm Stadium, the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, Fashion Valley Mall, several San Diego Trolley stations, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, Old Town, and downtown San Diego.

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium on the east end of Mission Valley all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach on the west end, a distance of about seven miles.

As of November 18, 2010, there were six units for sale in Park Villas North and one unit with a sale pending:

Thanks Jim for sharing this information, but also for being a reminder that I need to get "specific area" marketing into play ... and I might as well do it first on ActiveRain.

Jim - If your sphere of influence does not dominate Mission Valley, I would be amazed. Excellent coverage of this area. Here's hoping your clients keep moving your way

How is it that only some units are claiming they get cable and internet with their condo fees?  That's odd.  Would think that would be something that could be verified by the condo association.

Hi Jim!  First, thanks for the re-blog on the seller post!

Now, these seem like some wonderful units in Mission Valley Condominiums!  Great grounds and good to see that these units are still moving.  Beautiful presentation, too!

Thanks for stopping by, everyone.

I’m trying to catch up on my posts to see if anyone had a question or if there are some comments that need a response. If so, I’ll respond in a comment below this one.

Also remember that I return comment for comment, so I'll be by your blogs to read and comment soon. I'm exactly 30 days behind right now, but I usually catch up during Thanksgiving and Christmas, so you'll definitely hear from me soon.

And if you need a cat book for Christmas for that special cat person in your life — even yourself if you're your own special cat person in your life! — I can highly recommend “The Cat Lover’s Book of Days,” by our own ActiveRain Member Peg Silloway. It's a book that you can use year after year, and never get tired of, because there are no years in it, only days. It's great!
