It’s Thanksgiving time again, which means it’s time to reflect on your year and give thanks for everything good. But with Thanksgiving comes Black Friday, and that means big sales!

Once you’ve stuffed yourself with pounds and pounds of turkey and mashed potatoes, it’ll be time to open up the ads and think about how your business can benefit from the great deals!

According to the 2009 REALTOR Technology Report published by the National Association of REALTORS, the top tech tools that REALTORS are planning on purchasing or replacing this year are:

  1. Smart phone
  2. Notebook/ Laptop
  3. Digital Camera
  4. Wireless Card
  5. Desktop PC
  6. GPS with Navigation Abilities

NAR Technology Study

All of these essential tech tools that REALTORS need are on sale this week, so it’s a great time to think about what you need for the coming year.

Check out stores like Fry’s Electronics, Best Buy, and even WalMart and Target. Some stores’ Black Friday deals are also available on their websites so you don’t even have to camp out! But plan carefully and act fast! Supplies are limited! ;-)

I have been considering the need to purchase an HD video camera or the newest ipod touch!  Haven't decided yet. LOL!
