To Be or Not to Be - A first "Rainwater" Collection Sub-Division Area in Douglas County?

Rainwater Harvesting Colorado

A proposed development in Douglas County Colorado called Sterling Ranch is getting some attention.  Sterling Ranch is bordered on the south by Chatfield State Park, on the east of Roxborough Park, west of Sante Fe (U S 85) parallel to West Titan Road and north of agricultural land in the Chatfield Valley area is a 3,400-acre project.

Sterling Ranch is meeting some resistance from some Douglas County residents on water issues, infrastructure and density of the planned subdivision.  More can be read about this at this site  Douglas County plan stirs debate - The Denver Post http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_16496811#ixzz16tGL37jn
