The December Challenges . . . Keeping the Christmas Spirit and Working to Maintain The Business

It's getting closer. last minute panic is going to set in shortly and people will be out there with a vengeance trying to satisfy those last minute details.

It;s's also a time of year to be extra careful while out there as the Christmas celebrations have already started as well.

♫  Dashing through the snow in my rusty Chevrolet.
Down the road I go, sliding all the way.
I need new piston rings. I need some new snow tires.
My car is held together by a piece of chicken wire!

Chorus
Oh, rust and smoke, the heater's broke, the door just blew away.
I light a match to see the dash and then I start to pray-ay.
The frame is bent, the muffler went, the radio's okay.
Oh, what fun it is to drive this rusty Chevrolet!

I went to IGA to get some Christmas cheer.
I just passed up my left front tire and it's gettin' hard to steer.
Speeding down the highway, right past the county cops.
I have to drag my swampers just to get the car to stop.  ♫

Day 22

Completed the last details of a new contract and got a clean deal going with the inspections. This will be a late January closing. Also got my new buisness cards in so I can get busy and complete my year endmailing. A little later than I had hoped.

Ed. I like your version of this song more than I like the original. I will be humming it all day now.

Andrea, if you remember that car, then you must have gotten it after I got rid of it.

Ellie, I suppose there are worse tunes you could be humming. Merry Christmas

Love the little car song Ed! Sounds like the one I drove while I was in college!
