As a Broker/Owner of a real estate brokerage, my wife and I are always looking for ways to add value for our agents. We recognize that it's a two way street, that we should provide value, and the agent should provide a valued service to their clients.
Why do agents choose the broker they work for. Here are a few points, but I'm sure there some I haven't thought of.
Why do agents join ot stay with a broker?
- Is it the split?
- Is it the training?
- Is it loyalty?
- Company size?
- Market share?
- Friends at the company
