Foto Friday...This One's for the Birds.....

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Legacy

I have a couple of more photos from our Christmas Trip that I wanted to make into blogs.  This, like my other Fridays Foto picture was taken on the beach at Oceanside on December 26th, 2010.  The city had an employee using a backhoe to clean up the storm debris from the beach, and these birds were doing their best to stay out of his way.  I thought that it made for a fun picture!

I wonder what is in the sand that attracted them?  It looks to far fromthe sea to have things washed up and left behind...

Tony, I’ll bet those gulls were keeping clear of the backhoe … and at the same time … looking for whatever they could eat … those birds will eat anything!

Evelyn, I am sure that there were lots of treasures that the storm washed up for them to eat!

Kathleen, This is true, they do eat anything!

Hi Tony and Darcy - I am surprised that they didn't stay out of the way by flying off to the nearest McDonalds!  Have you ever noticed how there are seagulls at McDonalds even when you are 30 miles from the sea?!

Chris, where I grew up we were hundreds of miles from the sea, but we had the Great Salt Lake, and hundreds of seagulls, they (seagulls) really are flying rats!
