Beware of Short Sale HOA's

Buyers Beware~

When thinking of buying a Short Sale, if there's a HOA (Home Onwers Association), check for the following:

  1. What the HOA's dues are
  2. Are there any delinquent dues
  3. What are the HOA's restrictions

If you purchase a home in a HOA and the dues are delinquent,  YOU will be responsible for them, if they are not taken care of at the time of the sale.
