I'm suing myself for lost marketing money

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Homes By Cross, Inc.

Scream Lawsuit and watch the "duck and cover" dance.

Can I sue myself for bad marketing decisions?

So, If you can sue yourself....are you are covered...sort of.. check your E & O (after you flog yourself)

I want reparations for all the bad marketing decisions I have made in this business.

The SEO gang failed to make me number 1. I poured hot coffee all over myself...and I got nothing.

So I'm suing myself...and I'm representing all fellow idiots for spending money on failed marketing adventures.

This is a classs action suit based on lack of knowledge.

Never let others control your destiny.

When did you stop the madness ? ....or have you ?

This little birdie would like to know which SEO outfit you used. I used one that I thought didn't help, but the long term payoff seemed to make sense. It takes awhile.

Claude - I think, you need a good lawyer to sue yourself. It is difficult to go back and change a bad decision. Excellent information.

Claude...

I have always had trouble giving up control to anyone, so fortunately I am the one to blame at all times!

In this industry we're all control freaks to some extent. Next time one of those "I'll get you to the top of page one on Google" sales calls comes through, start talking about SEO and Meta Tags. Get them off script and they become flustered. Then have them remove your # from their system.

Oh man.  Don't get me started on SEO snakes!  Too late.  I just told one 2 days ago to take me off his mailing list unless he was planning to mail me a refund check for the WORTHLESS CRAP he sold me.  They're all such slick carneys...aren't they?

It might be fun to sue myself, but if I do, I’ll decline the public defender and represent myself, too! J
