I make myself available to my clients. I work weekends, nights, and as many hours as it takes to assist my clients.
No, I’m not perfect, but I believe my clients are far advantaged using my services in my area of expertise- buying, selling residential properties.
Most often, I get a rewarding hug at closing for my efforts.
At times I feel frustrated that those agents who are far better in marketing their services, regardless of their abilities to help buyers and sellers, are the ones profiting financially.
In a perfect world…. Oh well. Need to find better ways in marketing myself, my skills, and my ability to help buyers and sellers. Once I have a chance to speak with them and communicate these skills to help them, things are fine.
Just need tips on how to get that chance more often. Thanks for your help.
