Our approach to is to listen to needs and wants, maybe even uncover some hidden motivations. We make sure we understand what it means to want a house that is "light and bright." We want clients to use their time and ours wisely, so that our average buyer  sees only 8-10 homes.

 It may even be the first home you see that you buy like recent clients of mine buying this home  

We want clients to understand what we do behind the scenes as well, the kinds of research done on developments and homes, how the market may shift during a transaction. We are there to help you with contractors whether it's flooring, painting, appliances, lawn and pool services, as well as mortgage, title, movers, and utilities.

For example, Pennsylvania recently has undergone deregulation of electricity. We can direct clients to a list of companies with their prices so they make the right choice.

 Customers become clients for life if we consult with them properly, allowing them to make educated decisions in a shifting market.

Catchy title!  I like your aim to listen enough to try to get it down to the number of houses they'll need to see.  I know some of my buyers always need to see a few "duds" before they believe that I really can be relied upon to narrow down the search for them.  From there on out it's much easier!
