Dead Body Found in Jacksonville FL Listed Property!

By
Real Estate Agent with Watson Realty Corp SL3137324

We have all had horror stories to share about showing properties. From the alarms going off, to squatters in supposedly vacant properties but this takes the cake.

We'll deal with the fact that the "investor" had no business going to the property without an real estate agent at another time. He was given the lockbox code which is a no-no. When he arrives at the property the lockbox code doesn't work so he finds another way into the property.

The investor gets into the property only to find a dead body! Needless to say this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home came with some unwanted extras.

@Gary, you are so right. We sometimes get relaxed but incidents like this remind us that we must always be on our toes.
