Boulder County Real Estate: "Cold Weather Gardening"

So many of us are ready for all things associated with spring:

  • Longer Daylight Hours (Don't forget daylight savings time starts Sunday, March 13th)
  • Warmer Days
  • Budding Trees
  • Blooming Spring Bulbs
  • and....a chance to get out and into the garden.......

The nice folks at Lafayette Florist have all your spring gardening needs on hand and experts on staff to answer all your spring gardening questions.  Sellers, consider adding a planter full of colorful, cold-hardy pansies to your front porch; what a great, inexpensive way to add curb appeal to your home.

Vickie, I love to garden and with the beautiful weather we are having I am itching to get out in the garden!  Sounds like you have a great garden center!

Hi Vickie!  It was so fun meeting so many AR friends in Anaheim!  Boy I hope it's not as cold in CO as it was in Anaheim!  I know your cute puppy dogs will be very excited to help you in your garden.

Jeffrey, I love the cold-hardy pansies.... They are so cute and colorful (and thankfully cold-resistant)

Cindy, I'm right there with you.  I'm ready for spring too.  It was about 65 here today and snow expected on Friday...... go figure!

Shawna, I love to garden too.  Yes, this is a great garden center.  Easy to go there, shop, and just get lost among all the plants and blooms.

Dear Elizabeth, it was nice to meet you, and many of the AR friends too!  We're supposed to get snow on Friday, but we need the moisture so can't complain.  Yes, Maddy is eager to help in the garden.  She already (as you know) likes to dig in the inside plants).  She's quite the little helper..... LOL!

Hey Vicki,

I agree....color in the colder months makes for a much better presentation of a sale.
