One caveat.  What works for one will not necessarily work for others.  Highlight what you excel at and adopt the other things.  I constantly tell people how I win listing presentation, I encourage my sellers to interview other Realtors, and I am constantly refining what I do.  Please feel free to send me message and I will go over what makes me unique.
