Charlotte real estate market reportThird Ward in Uptown Charlotte is known as the most diverse of Charlotte's four wards.  All contained within Third Ward are the Bank of America Stadium where our Carolina Panthers (professional football) play, an entertainment area, consisting of restaurants, arts and a vibrant nightlife and Johnson & Wales University, including its own residents' residences! 

The ever-developing residential community combines the 'old' historic condos buildings with the new condos and townhomes, featuring fabulous Uptown Charlotte views as well as a 1.5 million square foot mixed use complex,  Gateway Village in the area.  This innovative mixed use complex offers technology-oriented office space, over 500 new residential units, a public park, and even an upscale and hip shops and restaurants.  Gateway Village has attracted national attention for the creative positioning of a mixed-use development in an urban setting which continues to be a vibrant aspect of Uptown's Third Ward community.
