It's Okay to Be Lazy!!!

It's Okay to Be Lazy.  Here are some things you should think about doing while being Lazy.

  • Lean Back in the Recliner with a Hot Cup of Coffee and your Dog in your lap.  What a great way to spend the morning and just relax your mind.
  • Take a long walk with someone special in your life and of course you 4 legged Friend.  Leisa and I really enjoy walking Kris and Nick our 4 legged family members.  What a Great Weekend to do that the Dogwoods are just beginning to bloom at the Lake.
  • Read the Paper but don't take it to seriour.  The News will change the next morning.
  • Oh by the way don't forget that 2nd cup of coffee while you're on the porch or couch relaxing.
  • Spend some time just talking about life with that someone special.  No Buiness Just Life!!  LIFE, IT'S way to short and we really don't spend enough time enjoying our surroundings.
  • Check on a Friend.  Someone you've not talked too in a while but really to touch base with because there might not be a tomorrow.
  • Take a Nap and don't feel guilty!!  All of us work alcoholic feel guilty when we take a little time to relax and reflect.

You get the Picture enjoy the moment.  In closing be sure to tell a couple of people you Love Them!!  It will make you feel great but the folks you tell will feel Even Better!!  Stop and enjoy the day and spend sometime recharging your mind!!  Have a Great Rest of the Day!

I love this post. We do need to take days or at least an hour off to be lazy, take a break and yes take a nap. So we can recharge and get back out there.

I would not call these actions LAZY.

I try to do most of them daily and it's good time managemet.

Without this down time you can not have energy to work and give time to your clients.

I'm SOOO ready for a few minutes out on the deck with a cup of coffee. It's mighty wet and chilly out there at the moment though. So I'm sitting at my desk reading AR with a cup of coffee instead!

It's important to take some personal time and not work 24/7.  As far as I'm concerned, it's better to take time out than not.  Working too hard will burn you out and make you less effective with clients.

Bryan thanks for reading my post and leaving your comments.  I agree you got to have some time off.  My wife and I really enjoy our time at the lake with family and friends.  We love our time alone at the lake with just our dogs Kris and Nick!acr
