Hired an attorney .... what?  We work tirelessly to respond instantly and provide unparralelled service for everyone Jane. If billing occured afte you left us, you simply have to send the reciepts and you'll be refunded. I've personally responded to every single message that made it to us from the first day you joined BAP Jane.  If no one responded you can assume that we didn't receive your messages as you said in your own words... "I had always received quick responses to all questions" If an email doesn't reach us it's impossible to respond.

No one at BAP wants your money undeservedly and we certainly don't think you posting things like this instead of just calling our Support number 1-800-604-1828 is appropriate. For the record... your sites and content are still right there in BAP where you left them.

The new BAP is Brain Dead Simple to use so it's a shame you didn't stick around. Please call the support number tomorrow and ask for me so we can clear this up. We wish you the best in all you do.

Richard,

I have sent you numerous emails that you have not responed to.  The only email that you did respond to was the one I sent right after I posted the comment on this blog. I removed my post at your request because you said you would reimburse me "ALL" of the money you took out of my account after I unsubscribed from your service.  You have not. I have left at least 7 messages for you at the above "support number," none have been returned. And now the number has been disconnected?

I did not want to leave a message here again, but this has been the only way that I have been able to get a response from you.

The original post as well as a follow up to it will be reposted if you chose not to respond to me.
