Nothing can make that back - ground better than it already is, wish I was sailing...instead of looking at the rain on the melting snow.

Alexandra:  This photo represents my daughter's new lifestyle.  She currently lives on a sailboat and she took the shot.

Laura:  The view is amazing!

Ellen:  Well, why can't it be both!

Ginger:  My daughter's view every day!

Gerry:  No, I'm not a rum drinker.  I don't drink soda either so I probably would use a water bottle.  I don't have many Coke bottles around.  My daughter took this shot - she loves that they use glass bottles there.

Steve:  If it makes you feel any better, I'm right here in NH in the miserable rain too.  It's my Ashley who is doing the sailing.

I love it, it's PERFECT.  And it really DOES make a lifestyle statement not nearly as random as it appears!

Sharon,

Good choice for your daughter. How nice to be young! You know, looking back, I think I'd do that too for a while.

Janna:  Didn't recognize you at first!  Love the new look!

Anna:  Agreed!  I had a client recently who spent $500 in fresh flowers for the MLS.  I was so impressed!

Janet:  She is living a dream and very lucky to have the opportunity to do what most people never get to do in their lifetime.

Kathleen:  When I saw the picture (from my daughter) I had to share it.

John:  Maybe when I was younger, but I require too many conveniences at this stage in my life to live that lifestyle.  My husband would join her in a heartbeat!

Sharon- this is a picture perfect staging!  I love it!  It shows how resourceful a good stager can be.... use what's there.

I love it too--clean, minimalist.  Maybe a Coke ad or a Caribbean tourism ad.  Either way it's a nice picture.

Kathy:  Our job is to beautify!

Lloyd:  I wish I could take credit for it, but it's my daughter's pic.  Thanks!

Sharon, I love your ingenuity of putting one simple flower in a coke bottle on a sailboat - you've covered everything and it makes for a great photo!

Kristine:  I can't take credit...my daughter is living on a sail boat and took this picture.  I agree, it's a great photo!

Tim:  She has been out there since November. So she has you beat already.  They just went through the Panama Canal today...very exciting.  We actually could see the ship via cameras online.  She is having the time of her life.

Great picture Sharon and a good fix for today's weather. We've had rain, sleet, snow, sun and rain all over again ALL day here in southern Ontario.

In the summer, my window sill over the sink is often lined in green coke bottles with bright zinnias in them!

Although I’ve never liked Coke, I like that! I like to find old bottles from the early 20th century and put flowers in them, such as old cologne and perfume bottles.

Russel:  I don't drink any soda at all, but I love the nostalgia the glass bottle represents.  Old bottles are great for decorating.
