Motivational Power Quote

The Foundation of Excellence

"A musician must make music.

An artist must paint.

A poet must write.

If he is to be ultimately

at peace with himself."

Abraham Maslow, American psychologist, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The foundation of excellence

Doing what you do well becomes the foundation of excellence.

Doing things well is a personal commitment to stand out as a professional and to deliver a higher quality of service. The commitment to do things well and to stand out will move us the front of the line of our profession.

Doing things with excellence create memorable experiences for our customers.

There is personal satisfaction in knowing that what you're doing is being done well and your efforts are being recognized.

The commitment to do what you do well forms a habit. That habit of doing things well continually becomes the foundation of excellence.

Doing things with excellences not only moves you to the front of the line in your profession. But you will be recognized as a person of excellence by your customers.

When you stand out in the mind and heart of your customers you will have a solid foundation for a strong lasting business relationship. With that foundation in place you will open the doors of future business success and referrals.

Our pursuits of excellences produces a sense of inter peace that we are doing our best.

Building your career on a foundation of excellence is building your career on a solid foundation the will whether the storms in life and support the weight of your success journey.

Lou...excellent points....I think to often we focus on what we don't do well rather than what we do well.    Then we are constantly in distress and frustration!   If we focused on what we do well...delegate the rest we would be much happier and have less stress in our life!
