Mary, good luck with your class.  I'm just curious, is there follow-up to hold the students accountable to the plan they create?

New Erie agents you MUST do this!!! You must get out and meet people and market your knowledge of the area and of the real estate transaction.

Lots of folks get their licenses...most don't sell much. You must have a plan and follow it or you will not make any money. The key is prospecting....a word everyone hates. But with no prospects, you could be a real estate genius and still fail.

Mary can show you how to use social media, open houses, and farming to get your name out there. You have to do it!!!

Hello Mary, it is SO important for new agents to make sure they get the proper training after they get their license.  Agents should be leaping at the chance to learn from you!

Laura--Yes, I follow up with them during the month long classes and their manager follows up on an ongoing basis.   My job is to reinforce the importance of goal setting and helping them set the plan.

Thanks, Steve--I need you as guest speaker.  You are so right. Prospecting is the #1 activity.  Without prospects you won't last long in real estate.

Yes, we will cover social media throughout the class.  Tech is so much a part of every aspect of this business.

Well, Toni, I do try to add the FUN part otherwise they may fall asleep.  Seriously I do hold them accountable to complete assignments.  Tonight they have to work on their agent profile and make follow up calls to open house attendees.

Thanks for the compliment, Jason. I have a great group to work with.  Most are very tech-y so they will keep me on my toes.
