Total Sales in Greenwood Remain Unchanged in April, 2011

By
Real Estate Agent with msWoods Real Estate, LLC

The total number of Greenwood homes for sale climbed 2.5 percent, from 717 in March to 735 in April—not great news if you’re a seller or real estate agent trying to sell a home, but also not terrible news either. Versus last April’s total of 692 listings this represents an even greater 6.2 percent. There were 192 homes placed for sale on the Greenwood real estate market in April. This represents an 11.5 percent decrease in the number of new listings versus the previous month’s total of 217. It is also nearly 17 percent below the number of new listings that were added to the market last April.
