Interestingly the market is changing and rents are increaseing overall.  I have noticed an overall increase of +10% in rental rates over the last couple months.  Whether it is on comparible rental homes or a home from our current inventory that is coming up for rental, properties are moving and rental rates are climbing.

I contribute some of the change to the inventory levels that are down from years prior.  Not sure why the slow down but I have less tenants moving to buy and less investors coming with new income properties.

Now this doesn't mean we are at a stand still but in my opinion something big is happening.  This can also mean more exciting movement on the sales side with an increase in value.

I look forward to an exiciting summer full of happy clients.

This may be one of those rental markets that will result in folks deciding to purchase rather than rent.  It seems like a pretty steep increase.
