We all believe in all things tangible because we can touch, feel or see them.  The ownership of land is the most valuable piece of tangible property there is. If you own a piece of a Hawaii....Land in Paradise with your own home on it then you have the most valuable asset one can have. The American Dream, right?

If there were no Restricted Preservation and Conservation land in Hawaii our islands would be full of cities and buildings and no History of Hawaii would be left behind except in books or online articles.  If there were no involvement to protect or to take notice of our environment and to protect our historic sites then what land what would we have left

The island of Oahu (Honolulu County) has just so much buildable land that is zoned for residential homes. A lot of our land is Restricted Conservation, Preservation, Agricultural, Country, Beachfront and so forth. With zoning guidelines in place MAKE SURE you are able to build more than one home, CPR a lot, in a special district or whatever ideas you have in mind for your dream home.

Thinking about Purchasing Hawaii Vacant Land? Ancient Hawaiian Burial Sites and Laws?  Another reason to do your due diligence on land purchased on Oahu. (or any island for that matter)  It's not just about purchasing land and thinking you can slap a home on it.

The Hawaiian islands are unique indeed. We respect our land and follow all laws and guidelines to ensure it remains....Paradise. It's not all about just buying a house....it's about purchasing a home on Oahu and knowing it is definitely going to remain a beautiful island in the Pacific Ocean.

Thanks all...I think we all can agree (even if you don't live here) that preserving our land has GOT to be first priority. Though many stiupulations with zoning and permits ...makes for a great piece of property for the end result though!
