Doing the right thing is a prerequisite to our continued business success.
People will judge us not on what we say we're going to do; they will judge us on doing the right thing for the right reason.
Building and expanding a referral based business is built on a platform of satisfied customers and lasting business relationships. A successful referral based businesses is build on the psychology creating and nurturing an active sphere of influence. That sphere of influence is built one person at the time.
Every contact we have has the ability to create a raving fan or a missed opportunity.
Referrals are earned based on our performance. We have meet and exceed a person's expectations to be considered for a referral and by doing the right thing we earn the referral.
It's important others know that we're doing the right thing. We can let them know through your marketing and personal promotion, by getting the message out to your target market.
One of best methods to utilize in getting your message out is through the use of testimonials. Third party endowments for you and your services carry far more weight them saying the same thing yourself.
Telling a person that you're doing the right thing has value. Having a third party endorsement in the form of a testimonial creates greater value. The statement becomes far more believable and accepted then making the same statement ourselves.
To develop your full potential create a sphere of influence of happy and satisfied customers that would be willing to endorse you and freely referral to others.
