Personal Service, always.

Looks very nice. With FHA approval expiring at the end of July, does that mean closings must be by then for FHA loan? Will it be extended?

Jim ... You do a good job of tracking Mission Valley homes for sale and real estate trends at San Diego, and local Friars point is part of that.

Best wishes to you for this 4th of July U.S. Independence day weekend and helping people with real estate.

Gary — Good questions, to which I don’t have the answers, and finding the answers is not easy. Some of these approvals were given in the late 1990s, others as recently as 2009. I can only imagine the hassle in getting reapproval.
