Paying it Forward... Saying a Special Thanks to Three Great Guys at the Car Dealership!
Yesterday I dropped off my 2003 car which had over 150,000 miles on it and which I had purchased as new. The warranties were out and a couple of weeks ago I had to be towed. It was beginning to cost me more to keep this car so made the decision to trade it in.
On June 30th I went to the dealership to deal. Their goal was to have sold 100 new cars in June. I knew that they would be willing to deal in order to meet that goal and sure enough they were. The place was so busy and they only had two financial gentlemen to work with everyone who was buying.
I got there a little before 6pm and did not get out of there until after midnight. The two salesmen and the financial gentleman were fabulous to work with thru-out the process.
Yesterday when I went by to pick up my beautiful new car I took a bottle of wine with a hand written note and gave to each of them. I could tell that they were totally shocked.
They were also thrilled with me for I was the 100th person to purchase a new car in June.
