Tell me again why you want me to be your agent.

It blows my mind when I have a client that is very adamant in having ME represent them, but all they do is disagree with me.

After we have seen 4-6 houses together, I have a good handle on what they are looking for.

The client will call and want more info on a property.  I give it to them and reference one of the homes we saw earlier that they did not like.  They insist that this one is different.  We go and look and they will say, "you are right, it is the same.  We are just wasting time here." 

DUH!

As professionals, we are listening to you and what you want.  (OK, there are some that are not as good at this)  But the point is that I understand questioning my judgment once, but when it turns out to be exactly as I told you and it is not what you want...It is your turn to listen to me.

My time is valuable, as is yours.  Do us all a favor and trust my.  If you can't do that, you may need a new agent.

Bill, many people just don't trust in today's world.  I believe that the internet is partially to blame.  So much false info out there that people believe.

It does make our job harder when we are second guessed.  A lot of that comes from them listening to the back yard pros
