Ashburn 3 Level Townhouse Rent to Own $1,800 Available Now

By
Real Estate Agent with EXIT Choice Realty

You've been waiting for just the right opportunity to rent to own your place.  Maybe your credit is not what it needs to be to purchase right at this very moment.  Give me a call and I'll see what I can do to get you into a rent to own.  Maybe this one that I'm posting about now.  If not, this one, maybe another one.

This particular one, the owner wants to make this available for rent to own.

Here are some pictures of it.  It is located very close to Route 7 as soon as you come off of Route 28 & close to Fairfax County Parkway & Loudoun County Parkway in Ashburn, VA.

The payments leading up to the purchase would be around $1,800 per month.

Call me and we can discuss things to see if this is the right time for you to purchase.

Renee, this looks like a very nice property. I don't work that area, however I will keep it in mind. Question? How long is the term for a rent to own situation? A year or longer? Or is it a case by case. Have you had anyone who has been successful in purchasing the home they rented? Just curious...
