Hope everyone in the northeast will be safe and listen to the warnings. Fatalities come from stubborn folks not listening. Been through many hurricanes and they are boss. Get to safety and try to stay calm.

Hope everyone in the northeast will be safe and can escape without much damage.  I have been through many hurricanes and some cause long lasting damage and some fizzle. I pray this one fizzles. Most of all stay safe. ~Captain Wayne~

Gita, the hurricane is passing mas I write.  Hopefully the post floods will not be as bad as they were in the past!

Dan, Yes, and I should have thought of posting this sooner.

Carol, Yes the hurricane is the boss. Luckily for my sump pump we only lost power so far for a split second!

Joan, It's not toooo bad so far.

Captain Wayne, Manville NJ is not in too bad shape yet, but many have been evacuated from their homes.  The water is still expected to rise for the next two nights.
