September 2011 Real Estate

By
Real Estate Agent with The Diamond Group @ Keller Williams
The month of September in this month in Real Estate talks about preparing your home for sale and attracting buyers to your home instead of helping the competition on the market sell their home. It is cited that most people do more while they are living in their home than they do to prepare their home for sale. There is only one opportunity for a first impression and in the first two weeks of your property being listed on the market is when the most showings typically occur. Proactively calling potential buyers will help us to boost your showings, but price and condition; and of course location will determine how quickly your home sells. Listen to Jay Papasan of Keller Williams give more detail to this month in real estate.

There is always someone willing to buy any home, but poor condition and high price might cause it to be a long time before that someone comes by!

Happy Monday!
