Also people are buying homes in mature neighborhoods. They are buying these homes in the low 100 range.
The homes start with prices around $200,000 and sell for the low 100.
With investors buying low end homes at or around $100,000 and $200,000 homes in mature neighboorhoods selling for the low $100's, it seems like prices at the low end have bottomed out. This is very positive for the market, at least in Kent County Delaware.
