By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX OF THE POCONOS RS274017

NOW is the time to get to the Poconos to see our Fabulous Fall Foliage.

In the northern counties of the Poconos (Wayne and Pike) the colors will be peaking very soon.

In the lower counties of the Poconos (Monroe and Carbon) we have about a week or two.

Fall foliage in the Poconos     Fall foliage on the Lake 2011LOOOOOOOOVE THIS LAKE SHOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Maple Tree currently has orange-yellow leaves.  Within a week or two these leaves will be the brighest yellow and it will be the most beautiful tree ever. You would not think that leaves could get this yellow.

Fall foliage in the Poconos  Now, check out this just added beautiful Burning Bush.  You can really see why they call it a Burning bush, thats for sure.  The reds are so vibrant.

And right next to this orange-yellow leaved Maple is a still very green Oak.  So you see, several weeks of Fabulous Fall Foliage in the Poconos.

Wherever you go, North or South, you will be able to travel only a few miles in the opposite direction and find fabulous color.  If you can find a sunset to view it over, that will be even greater. Go for it!

Make your reservations Now.  Take advantage of the season changes of the Poconos and get here and enjoy them.

Better yet, buy your own vacation home and fully enjoy all the wonders of all our seasons.  There are beautiful assets of each here.  And the prices are right in our market.

Bobbie, this is one of my favorite times of the year.  All the fall foliage just brightens up the countryside.  I bet Autumn in the Poconos is gorgeous.

It's a tough market. I just got mine. Look up Real Estate on the web for your state and check for caessls. There are several class size lengths. Usually a 2, 4 and 12 week course. Each real Estate company operates differently in their pay vs. desk fees and work on a % scale and usually a monthly fee. A lot of companies will not require a monthly desk fee but will require a higher % of the commission. And then there are the signs that you must buy if you list a house. Find out these questions for the companies you inquire with.An easy way to start is after you get your license, cold call apartment communities. You can get a list if numbers from Sales Genie. You have to check the numbers with the National No Call List, so you don't call them. Find some buyers and find them a house. A good place to start is at a new home development. Find out what their commission is to realtors. That's another thing. Once you get your license, that doesn't make you a realtor. It makes you a licensee. You have to pay yearly fees to be a Realtor. Being a Realtor gives you access to list properties in the MLS. And they give you a card to access houses listed by Realtors . It's a card you put in the lock box on the door of a listed house so you can get the key to enter. But, you learn all of this in class I did the 2 week class during my vacation. All I did was study for 2 weeks but I'm glad I did.Hope this helps.
