WEEKLY TUESDAY TRIVIA QUESTION

Yes, it is Tuesday, and you know what this means... another segment of the Weekly Tuesday Trivia.  I must admit, I've been remiss, but hopefully I;m back on track.

This week's question is going to be on Nature.

All the best of luck... do NOT use the internet to answer the question... and I'll be back next Tuesday (giving enough time with everyones schedule) to answer this question.

This week's question is.....

What sea mammal's upper lip moves much like the trunk of an elephant?

***As always, please try to answer(s) this question without using the Internet. If you should, don't ruin the fun for others. Just take a guess, and I will follow up with the answer when I post next week's question***

Val, I think the sea lion has the most prehensile "lips" I mean short of the Northeaster male Realtors.

Valerie I was watching a show a couple of weeks ago that manatees were included, and their front lip looked like a mini elephant truck so that is my guess.

Hi Valerie,

I think I'll go with the manatee answer too........if only because it reminds me of a joke.

A man who owned waterfront property was irked by a manatee that constantly swam offshore. He resolved to rid himself of the troublesome creature. Calling to it, he asked, "What's your name?" "Hugh," the manatee replied, swimming over to the man. The man grabbed Hugh and beat him. The police arrested the man. In court, his lawyer argued the case should be thrown out because assault against a marine mammal is not an offense. The judge ruled otherwise. "Clearly," he said, "this is a crime against Hugh manatee."

Steve

Hey Valerie, I got here late, been an ugly week, but Manatee has to be the right answer at least for number of votes. But Steve's comment has humor to it as ell.
