Who is watching you web? Real estate is all about capturing leads

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

When you think about your web presence, do you have a good web capture system? Great, I’m glad to hear that, but who is monitoring those leads? I often hear agents tell me they are getting 10-15 leads a day, but then when you ask them how many they talked to, they say one, maybe two.

Now, I’m getting 30-40 leads a day and I can tell you either me or someone from my team is on the phone with them within 10 minutes unless they sign up between 9pm and 7am, then we call them the next day.

But, having leads means nothing if you don’t know what to do or how to handle those leads once you have them captured in your web. How do you handle your leads? Do you have someone dedicated to calling those leads once they have signed up on your site?

Way to go 30 - 40 leads a day. That's way up from when we talked about youe online leads a little over a year ago. You are an excellent example of implementing a plan, tweaking it constantly, and staying relentlessly consistent! Also, great photo!... by the way :O)

Hi Todd,  Our web presence isn't great.  Even with 4 websites we get very few leads.  It is so frustrating.  My goal this next quarter is to take a hard look at what is wrong.  Love the idea - hate the spider.  Makes me scrath all over.....  Ewwww

Todd~ I have to admit that this is where I need the MOST work in my business.. I do so much work on my site and with blogging it gives me a good amount of leads. Then they sign in I think I dont want to bother them I will wait and see if they contact me. Sometimes I struggle over what to say?? I am trying to MAKE myself do it but I am still not as efficient as I certainly could be...I need to get OVER it!!!
