Chris Christie - No Presidential Run in 2012

Chris ChristieChris Christie, the 55th Governor of New Jersey decides that he's not running for the presidency in 2012. Drudge Report, Politico, Huff Po, all report today that he's not running. He feels this is not his time.

Admirable trait from someone who recognizes that he might not be ready, but compared to the over-hyped One, Christie is probably better suited for the job.

Perhaps this will stop some 'tolerant' lefties to stop harping on his weight, an attempt to divert the national attention from the dire straits the nation is in.

It will be interesting to see what New Jersey will be like at the end of Christie's term.

Yoli,

In New Jersey he made be considered a conservative, and I think he is doing a great job. But remember it is still New Jersey, His conservative credentials would never hold up in a national campaign.

He is a liberal through and through - has done great things but he is no Conservative. We need a true Conservative team in the White House.

Hugh and Nick, well then he did us a favor. :) However, he would have been much better than the One in the WH.
