There is no question, September historically is the slowest month of the year followed by October and November for real estate activity in southwest Florida.
We see this month that the inventory has clearly leveled out although the sales trend, overall, continues upward. This indicates that the number of new listings is now about equal to the sales volume. It is true, too, that this time of year we always see more new inventory hit the market as sellers get ready for "the season's" buying activity that inevitably will hit soon.
