My company sells websites, a listing presentation software and I have a training school for Realtors. Majority of the time, I am out on the road at trade shows and events promoting my products and sometimes I forget to print something in my email out that I feel would be necessary to the people I would be speaking to. Especially when there is a printer on site and I am reading the email on my Blackberry.
I was teaching a class this summer and was explaining to the Real estate Agents in my class about some statistic I saw that morning. I had the information in my email and was reading it out to the whole class but I couldn't print it out. There was a printer in my building but obviously at that point I couldn't really do anything about it. I ended up collecting every body's email (Over 40 emails) and one by one typing in their email addresses to send out this information that would have most likely taken me about 5 minutes to print out the 40 copies. I ended up spending over an hour after the class was over trying to type in their email addresses individually. If Cloud printing was available to me at the time, I would have easily used this.
