Ever seen an obvious “fop” walking down the sidewalk?

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Wise Custom Realty PB00068179

Ever seen an obvious “fop” walking down the sidewalk?

While looking for new words to write about I came across this one.  Have I seen this person why yes, yes I have and more than once?  So I guess you would like to know the meaning of (fap) a vain, affected man who pays too much attention to his clothes, appearance, etc.

Now if only agents both men and women would pay as much attention to their clients as they do their dress we would have no problems.  I do not mean every agent does this only a few.  What say you?

Love the metaphors!  Keep'em coming!

I knew what a fop is, and see it all the time.  Even in the 7-11 with kids who walk in wearing dirty, trashy clothes, but very particular as to how they look!

So true, I have seen many and as Rob said just look in the ad books. I like this word most people would not know what you are talking about and think it is slang.

Make it a great day !!

HI James,

I guess this leaves me out in the cold when it comes to me being a "FOP". LOL

The rule of dressing for home inspectors is to wear a pair of slacks a dress shirt and a sport coat, Right. LOL

How dirty would I get these if I did.

As you had seen in the last post. Jeans and a tee shirt will work just fine for me.

Have a great day in N.W. Arkansas my friend.

best, Clint Mckie

Good Morning James

Another interesting word. Communication is key to paying attention to your clients in my opinion and paying attention to your appearence is also key to the 1st impressions.  You should dress and be someone anothers want to be around.
