While Chandler, AZ has had a -9.3% change in $/SF from 10/13/10 to 10/13/11, it will be interesting to see how the next few months unfold. Second and third quarters of 2011 began to show a less than three month supply of homes on the market. This is a good indicator as first quarter 2011 showed nearly a 6 month supply of homes.
