Motivational Power Quote

If You Make a Mistake Correct It

“A man who has committed a mistake

and doesn’t correct it

is committing another mistake.”

Confucius

As I see it. . . . . . . .

If you make a mistake correct it

The person that makes a mistake and doesn’t correct it will find themselves repeating the mistake.

What you repeatedly do becomes a habit. Repeating a mistake becomes an ingrained habit and you will continue to repeat the mistake until you correct the mistake and replace it with a new habit.

Make a commitment to yourself to correct the mistake as soon as possible before the mistake becomes a habit.

Change the habit and you’ll correct the mistake.

When you make a mistake correct it and move on to bigger and better things.

Hi Lou,
Thanks for sharing.
We are all creatures of habits.
One bad habit I'm trying to change is getting up earlier in the morning.
But in order to get up early, I first need to go to bed early. Sigh....
Have a wonderful week!

This is really great advice, Lou. Sometimes we don't even realize we have created a "new" bad habit until someone points it out.
