You owe it to yourself to keep your job interactive, adaptive, and engaging. Taking Bozeman listings should be more than 
an effort to get the listing out there, it is a chance to express creativity, personality, and spur a positive reaction from those what are looking at it.

The more personally connected to the listings themselves as well as to the clients, the better you will be able to represent what this listing is… a home, piece of property, or investment for your client. It is not a mere piece of architecture.

Nothing demonstrates this better than direct feedback from a client regarding some updated pictures taken of her listing. May this touch you as much as it did us here at Bozeman Montana Real Estate.net:

So spice things up, push your limits, and take some risks in getting each listing out there. You can see one listing in a million different ways. We try to get it out there with about ten of those. Dan, we try to handle listings as an office, there are currently 4 of us that all have a different perspective, so it is absolutely terrific to involve everyone and the homeowner in putting an outstanding package together.

Will, how do you make your listings POP?  I love new ideas, there have been many in the rain!

Good Morning Jenifer, This is a great list of how to make your listings stand out. I practice the idea of getting your listing out 10 different ways, it is important to "splash" it everywhere.

Scott, I'm not sure I had thought of that.  It is a great comment and one we may have to look into.  We don't have it structured quite to that extent.

Ok, the trivia question.  Do you realize how many ranges we have here?  The peak behind you almost looks like Lone Peak, which would put you on the east side of the Gallatin Canyon, but, the range to the south doesn't look that familiar to me.  I fail :).
