Curb Appeal is Money!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

I had a listing that was a great home, but when you looked at it, the front door just did not fit.

This door just clashed with almost everything.   It also did not fit tight and people made comment of that.

A new white door installed for less than $175 and it looked much better.  The first people looked at it wrote an offer.  Although my seller did not take the offer, the agent who had shown the house before said the door made a world of difference.

You don't always have to spend thousands, many times it may take a couple of hundred to make the extra few thousand!

What a wonderful improvement especially since the railing is white. The new doors ties it all together!

Fantastic improvement!  Even in my post for Tips for a Winter Yard I even tried to stress some inexpensive tips to draw curb appeal during the bleak months because it is so valuable.

Buyers often make decisions on an emotional level. The street scape immediately sets the tone. Congratulations to your seller for listening to your advice and making a great selling decision.

This is a very simple thing.  Sometimes it is just to change an awful color.
