IN CONCLUSION Where the early fall market showed a decline in the market, as soon as the weather improved we shoed a sharop increase in market activity. Listings had been down 30% however we have seen a slight increase in homes coming on the market that have been equalled out by an increase in sales.
The amount of calls has remained strong for new property inquiries. With inventory actually down, now is a great time to sell before winter. If you need assistance in selling your property, please call on us first. We can get results!!!
