You have to ask

 

It’s nice to think that the things we want in life will be handed to us or fall into our lap. If you’re waiting for either to happen the best advice is not to hold your breath it just may be a long wait.

 

The things that you want in life are there for you but they will not be handed to you. If you want something bad enough you have to be willing to take focused actions to achieve it. Without action the things you want slip away from inaction.

 

In every aspect of your life there are times that you have to ask for what you want. Unless you ask people don’t know what you want or why you want it.

 

You have to ask for business, you have to ask the customer to buy to close the sale; you have to ask for a helping hand. No matter what it is: ask and you will be amazed by how many people say yes.

This is such a powerful post.  Thank you so much.  You can do everything perfectly, but if you don't ask for the sale....it's lost.

I wish I had read this post a long time ago.  I have found it challenging to ask for business... I have gotten much better at it, but it is something I need to do more regularly.
