Fall in Walnut Creek CA... Spectacular... Don't You Think?

By
Real Estate Agent with Norman- Hill Properties /Crown Key Realty

Rita and I took these photos just a few weekends ago as we drove through our neighborhood here in Walnut Creek, CA. The colors are so amazing right now, we wanted to share them with you.

With Thanksgiving behind us and the Holiday Season just ahead, we are reminded how quickly things change around us. If it's been a while since you've driven through Walnut Creek and you are in the area, checkout the Downtown area. You won't believe how things have changed. We live here and we are amazed.

Enjoy!

I lived in Walnut Creek for many years.  Your photos are beautiful and really do show off the seasons.  I forgot just how nice the change of seasons can be there.

I don't know if it was my imagination or not, but the leaves seemed so much more spectacular this autumn.  Your photo is a testiment to thinking they just may have been:-)

Doug: We've lived in Walnut Creek for many many years also and neither one of us recall a Fall where the colors were this vibrant

Nicole: What's nice about living here is that we get to see the colors change every time we drive down the streets. We have one tree outside our front window, we have been watching change. We call it a "late bloomer". It's leaves were green for the longest time and just recently changed to yellow. The last few days it's gone from gold to orange. We can't wait for the whole thing to turn fire red.

Mark: You should still post it. We would love to see what's going on in neighboring Benicia.

Myrl: Not your imaginations. We thought so too. Perhaps the weird cooler weather this year has something to do with it.

The colors are spectacular.

Keep taking photos.... after today's winds won't be much left of the leaves on the trees.
